Dong Nai strengthens relations with Japan’s Fukuoka prefecture

(ĐN)- On April 23, Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee led a delegation to pay a working visit to Fukuoka prefecture in Japan.

Welcoming the delegation, Chairman of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly Kohara Katsuji soke highly of the visit.

According to Mr. Kohara Katsuji, Long Thanh International Airport will come into operation in the near future, opening up many new cooperation opportunities. Accordingly, Fukuoka prefecture established the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Alliance with the participation of over 80 members of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly.

Speaking at the working session, Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh introduced the province’s development situation and the cooperative relationship between Dong Nai and Japan. He also informed about Dong Nai’s investment promotion conference in Tokyo on April 24 and hoped that the event would attract the participation of enterprises from Fukuoka Prefecture.

Linh expressed his positive impressions of Japan's landscape, people, and culture. He emphasized that Dong Nai aspires not only to foster economic cooperation but also to nurture cultural exchange and friendship.
