The road has a total length of nearly 6km in length, which is built at a total cost of over VND1,000 billion under PPP format.
When completed, it will connect another route to Phuoc An port, connecting Road 319 with Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway in the first phase, which has been completed before to form a traffic route linking with HCMC- Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway with Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway.
