The figure represent a rise of 39.5 percent in the number of enterprises compared to the same period last year.
Meanwhile, 894 others have registered to expand their operations with a total additional capital of approximately VND36.3 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 6 percent.
As of the beginning of November, as many as 464 businesses completed procedures for dissolution or termination.
