The figure accounted for 34 percent of the province’s total exports, according to Department of Industry and Trade.
The top exports categories for this month included wood and wooden products, apparel, machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts, iron and steel products.
In Jan-July, the province's export value to the US reached more than US$4.9 billion, making up 32 percent of Dong Nai’s total exports to countries and territories worldwide in this period.
Over the past ten years, the US is always the province’s largest export market with trade surplus of over US$4 billion.
