China continued to be the biggest suppliers of Dong Nai. The province’s main imported products from China included iron and steel, fabric, computers, electronic products and components, raw materials for textile, leather and footwear, machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts, chemicals, etc.
In the period, the value of exported goods was approximately US$1.1 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 14 percent. Therefore, the province’s trade deficit with China stood at over US$1.4 billion.
