Of the sum, goods transport contributed more than VND6 trillion, an increase of 7.8 percent compared to the same period of last year; while passenger transport made up over VND920 billion, down 24.2 percent year on year.
In the coming time, the sector plans to focus on improving service quality, attracting the participation of more economic sectors, and encouraging the development of public transport.
