(ĐN) –Bien Hoa city is implementing the investment in three big social housing projects to meet the demand of social housing for workers and low-income people.
According to Dong Nai Department of Construction, the three projects include one in Long Binh Tan ward which will be built on over 1.4 ha, with a 20-floor building and a total investment of VND1.2 trillion. When completed, it will be home for some 1,900 people. The second one is in Tan Hoa ward, covering an area of over 2.8 ha, with some 20-floor building blocks, which can be home for some 4,000 people. It has a total cost of more than VND2.6 trillion. Another is Phuoc Tan ward, built on an area of over 1.6ha.
