In May alone, the figure hit US$215 million, up 3.4 percent compared to the previous month.
The largest import market was the US, US$617 million, making up 67 percent of the province’s total exports of wood and wooden products.
It was followed by the Republic of Korea, US$108 million, Japan, US$92 million, Canada, US$16 million, and Australia, US$12 million.
