In April alone, 23,300 tonnes of coffee were shipped abroad, bringing home nearly US$58.3 million. The figures respectively rose 56 percent and 89 percent month on month.
In the period, average coffee export prices grew 4.1 percent from a year earlier to around US$2,500 per tonne.
