(ĐN) – In the first quarter of this year, about 500 new enterprises were founded in Dong Nai with total registered capital of approximately VND3.4 trillion, up 15 percent in number but down 64 percent in value compared to the same period of last year.
Meanwhile, 80 others have registered to expand their operations with a total additional capital of nearly VND1.9 trillion, according to the provincial Statistics Office.
In the period, up to 400 enterprises suspended operation and 70 others were dissolved.
The number of businesses returning to operation also surged in all areas. This signal shows the efforts of the business community despite the pandemic.
Local authorities are making all-out efforts to support businesses' recovery since the beginning of this year. Hopefully, these efforts would create the right conditions for businesses to operate effectively in 2022.
