Accordingly, revenues from accommodation and catering services and travel exceeded VND3.1 trillion, up 9.4 percent compared to the same period last year. Revenue from other services rose 10 percent year-on-year to VND5.1 trillion, reported the Department of Statistics.
In February alone, accommodation and catering service revenues grew 4.6 percent month-on-month to VND1.6 trillion. Real estate business up 12.3 percent to over VND777 billion, entertainment up 15.2 percent to more than VND556 billion, medical sector up 9.4 percent to nearly VND365 billion, education and training up 17.4 percent to some VND87 billion.
