The program aimed to contributing to the project of planting one billion green trees in 2021-2025 period launched by the Prime Minister to protect the environment.
The province is expected to grow some 12.3 hectares of land under green trees. As a result, Dong Nai planted over 3,300 hectares of forests in 2021, achieving 99.8 percent of the year’s target, equivalent to over1.7 million green trees planted.
