Of the total, short-term loans accounted for nearly VND150.8 trillion, up 19.2%, while medium and long-term ones made up over VND127.4 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%.
Presently, short-term lending interest rates are 4.4 percent per annum while middle and long-term ones are between 7.6 and 9.5 percent per annum.
In 2021, local credit organizations and banks have made measures to restructure the repayment periods or reduce the interest to support Covid-19 affected customers, help them to overcome difficulties.
