Fuel prices up for second consecutive time

(ĐN)- The retail prices of oil and petrol were adjusted up starting from January 11 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

Accordingly, the prices of RON 95, E5 RON 92, and diesel 0.05S rose by VND581, VND609 and VND660 per litre, respectively, to VND23,876, VND23,159, and VND18,239.

It is the first increase of petrol prices in 2022 and the second in a row.

The two ministries review fuel prices every 10 days to adjust the prices in accordance with fluctuations on the world market.
