So far, 10 out of 37 units have recorded disbursement of over 30 percent of the plan.
Meanwhile, 13 units disbursed below 30 percent. Nine units have not yet made disbursement.
The Department attributed the slow disbursement to COVID-19 outbreaks in the locality and the suspension of projects in areas under social distancing order in line with the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16/CT-TTg.
