According to the provincial Statistics Bureau, compared to the previous month, downturn was seen in six goods groups, including foodstuffs and catering services (1.23 percent), housing, electricity, water, fuels and constructional materials (0.12 percent), medicines and medical services (0.01 percent), post and telecommunications services (0.23 percent), culture, entertainment and travel (0.13 percent) and education (1.75 percent).
Meanwhile, the prices of beverage and tobacco increased 0.11 percent over October, transport up 3.77 percent.
Similarly, garment, hat and footwear also rose 0.11 percent month on month, household appliances up 0.04 percent. Other groups saw price hikes of 0.56 percent.
In November, gold price rose 2.73 percent compared to October, while USD price dropped 0.85 percent.
