(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, since the beginning of this year, foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises in industrial parks invested more than US$9 billion in production and business activities, a year-on-year increase of 2 percent.
The amount was used to buy raw materials, machineries and equipment for production to enhance their competitiveness and expand consumption markets.
Over 95 percent of enterprises in local IPs have to date resumed operations. Dong Nai’s industrial parks are now home to more than 1,200 FDI projects. Over the past ten months, the FDI enterprises earned over US$17.84 billion in turnover, up 5% compared to the same period of last year.
