According to the provincial Department of Industry and Trade, Dong Nai’s coffee exports increased by 32.2 percent in value to US$39 million; cashew nuts export turnover hit US$32 million, up 31.2 percent; rubber export value saw a surge of 34.5 percent to US$16 million; pepper exports estimated at US$16 million, a month-on-month increase of 34.5 percent.
In Jan-Oct, Dong Nai’s cashew nuts, rubber and pepper exports showed a stable rise with revenues of at US$273 million, US$106 million, and US$51 million, respectively.
In this period, the province recorded a year-on-year decrease of 14.6 percent in coffee export turnover to US$316 million.
