In August, five out of 11 commodity groups saw month-on-month hikes, with restaurant and catering services up 0.27 percent; garment, headgear and footwear rose 0.01 percent; household utensils up 0.19; medicines and medical services up 0.03; culture, entertainment and tourism up 0.02 percent.
The decreases were recorded the groups of housing, electricity, water, fuels and constructional materials; transport and education.
