(ĐN)- Dong Nai lured US$964 million of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first eight months of 2021, a year-on-year increase of 26 percent, according to the provincial Department of Planning and Investment.
In the period, the province attracted 41 new projects with total investment worth US$313.2 million, down 18 percent in the number of projects but up 50 percent year-on-year in term of capital.
Meanwhile, over US$650.6 million was injected into 82 underway projects.
Dong Nai is now home to 1,559 valid projects with total capital of over US$32.4 billion.
