Petrol prices down sharply

(ĐN)- The retail prices of petrol saw a sharp decrease this afternoon following the latest regular review of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

Accordingly, the price of RON92 fell by VND607 to VND19,891 per liter while the price of RON95 decreased by VND550 to be sold at VND21,131 per liter.

This has been the second reduction of petrol prices since early July this year. In the latest adjustment, petrol prices were unchanged.

Meanwhile, the prices of diesel 0.05S, kerosene and mazut 180CST 3.5S were adjusted down to no more than VND15,567 per liter, VND14,792 per liter and VND15,055 per kilogram, respectively.

The two ministries review fuel prices every 15 days to adjust domestic prices in accordance with fluctuations in the global market.
