(ĐN)- In July, Dong Nai Power Company produced 1.223 billion kWh of commercial electricity, 131 million kWh less than the previous month.
The decrease was due to local enterprises ceased production activities to prevent Covid-19, causing a fall in industrial electricity. Similarly, electricity served for trading establishments was also reported a decrease. However, household electricity output saw an increase.
The company will continue efforts to ensure adequate power supplies for socio-economic development and local people’s daily lives in social distancing period.
In the January- July period, the province’s electricity output is estimated at over 8.6 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 11.8 percent, representing 60 percent of the year’s target.
