(ĐN)- In July, Dong Nai earned over VND1.3 trillion in term of turnover from transportation, warehousing and logistics services, a monthly increase of some 8.5 percent, according to the provincial Statistics Department.
Accordingly, revenue from passenger transportation was estimated at 4.2 million passengers, a monthly decrease of 18.7 percent. Meanwhile, volume of transported cargoes reached over 4.16 million tonnes, down around 7.2 percent against the previous month. The sharp fall of passenger transportation is reported due to the COVD-19 pandemic.
As for cargo transportation, the provincial Department of Transport has announced the province “green lane” which had been connected to the national system running through the province, helping serve the fight against Covid-19 pandemic as well as create favorable conditions in transporting goods during social distancing as per Directive 16 regulated by the Government.
