Of the total figure, over VND95 billion was sourced from local budget; VND43 billion came from the provincial budget, fulfilling 21 percent and 9 percent of the yearly plan.
In this period, the district also disbursed some VND193 trillion of capital raised via Government bond sales, making up 40 percent of the year’s plan.
