(ĐN)- Dong Nai-based industrial parks in Jan-June leased around 23 hectares of land to domestic and foreign investors to build warehouses and production plants, according to Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA).
Most of land was rented at IPs including Ho Nai, Giang Dien in Trang Bom district, Nhon Trach 4, Det May-Nhon Trach in Nhon Trach district, Loc An-Binh Son, An Phuoc in Long Thanh district.
Dong Nai is now home to 32 industrial parks with a total area of 10,270 ha, 31 of which are operating with filling rate of 84 percent.
