Nearly 27 ha of land revoked for road along Cai River project

(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment, nearly 27 hectares of 476 households' land will be revoked for the construction of a road along Cai River in Bien Hoa city.

 

(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment, nearly 27 hectares of 476 households’ land will be revoked for the construction of a road along Cai River in Bien Hoa city.

The road along Cai River is one of the province’s key projects which is scheduled to be implemented in 5 years from 2020-2024. 

The road connecting Ha Huy Giap and Tran Quoc Toan Streets will be 4.6 meters long, accommodating 4 lanes and will be built under BT (Build-Transfer) model with a total investment of VND3,960 billion. Of the money, VND3,247 billion will be for site clearance. Two resettlement areas will be built for people being shifted from the site clearance.

As completed, the road along Cai River is one of main roads in Bien Hoa city, creating landscapes and a highlight for the city as well as boosting the city’s economic development.
