Accordingly, Thong Nhat JS Company will be signed contract to lease nearly 67 hectares of land in Trang Bom township, Song Trau and Tay Hoa communes.
The Bau Xeo Industrial Park has a total land of some 500 hectares, and planned to be built in Trang Bom township and three communes of Song Trau, Doi 61 and Tay Hoa. Of the land, 66 percent are for building plants, the rest is for services, warehouses, traffic, technical areas and green trees.
