(ĐN)- Local industrial parks (IPs) attracted about US$713.4 million in both registered capital of new foreign-invested projects and additional capital into existing ones since the beginning of this year, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA) has reported.
Specifically, 24 new FDI projects worth US$263 million were licensed in the period, while 52 existing projects absorbed more than US$484.9 million.
In terms of domestic capital attraction, the province licensed the establishment of 4 companies with registered capital of VND690.1 billion, Meanwhile, domestic investors poured VND578.8 billion in 4 operational projects.
As part of efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at IPs, over the past months, the province has asked the DIZA to direct the management boards of those facilities to strictly implement pandemic prevention and control measures.
