Most of the permits were granted to foreign-invested enterprises. There are 143 enterprises constructing production plants, with 88 projects of foreign-invested enterprises, and 55 projects of domestic enterprises. The total investment for these projects are estimated nearly VND2.5 billion. As scheduled, dozens of the projects will be put into production in 2021.
