Foreign-invested companies generated US$7.55 billion from exports during the period, making up 77 percent of the province’s total export earnings. Meanwhile, exports of State and non-State enterprises hit US$288 million and US$1.8 billion, respectively.
Groups with high export value included footwear, wood and wooden products, textile and garment, yarn, machines and equipments
In May alone, export turnover grew slightly month-on-month to nearly US$2.1 billion.
