(ĐN)-Dong Nai’s footwear sector posted some US$3.6 billion in export turnover in the first 11 months of this year, down 6.1% versus the year-ago figure.
This figure accounts for some 21.5 percent of the province’s total export revenue in this period, according to Department of Industry and Trade.
The US is now the largest footwear export market of the province with revenue of more than US$1.2 billion, followed by China with US$732 million, Belgium, US$430 million, Japan, US$145 million, and Germany, US$134 million.
In November only, Dong Nai exported some US$199 million worth of footwear to the US.
