Dong Nai lures over $900m in FDI

(ĐN) - Dong Nai lured more than US$900 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) since the beginning of this year, down 35 percent over the same period last year, reported Department of Planning and Investment.

 

(ĐN) - Dong Nai lured more than US$900 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) since the beginning of this year, down 35 percent over the same period last year, reported Department of Planning and Investment.

According to the department, US$250 million was poured into 60 newly-licenced projects, while nearly US$652 million was added into 86 underway projects.

So far, the province was home to 1,530 valid foreign-invested projects with total registered capital of US$31 billion.

The province is expected to meet or exceed this year's target of US$1.1 billion. It will be also continue efforts to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 pandemic and boosting economic development in the remaining months of the year.
