The figure accounted for some 26.8 percent of total loans and increased nearly 7 percent compared to the end of 2019.
Of the total, loans without collateral made up VND10.9 trillion or 18.5 percent.
Over the past time, many local banks have made efforts to give priorities to agriculture and rural development, thus helping increase farmers' income and life.
