The price of bio-fuel E5 RON92 petrol edged down VND51 per liter to VND14,215 while the price of the higher-grade RON95 petrol was kept unchanged at VND14,980 per liter, the local media reported.

The respective prices of diesel oil, kerosene and heavy fuel oil are not higher than VND11,218, VND9,449 and VND10,826 per liter or kilogram, down VND390, VND114 and VND117.

Local fuel traders were told to extract VND100 for each liter of RON95 petrol sold, VND400 for each liter of kerosene and VND200 for each liter of diesel oil to replenish the national fuel price stabilization fund.

Also, retailers get VND1,100 from the fund for each liter of bio-fuel E5 RON92 sold, VND524 for each liter of RON95 gasoline, and VND100 for each kilogram of heavy fuel oil. Diesel oil and kerosene are not entitled to this fund for this adjustment.
