(ĐN) - The imports of animal feed and relevant production materials, machinery, tools and spare parts increased significantly in August despite impacts caused by the second wave of COVID-19 in Vietnam.
Accordingly, machinery, tools and spare parts had the highest import turnover this month, with an import value of nearly US$126 million, a month-on-month increase of 13 percent.
In August, Dong Nai’s enterprises also imported more than US$108 million worth of animal feed and relevant production materials this month. In Jan-August, local enterprises spent US$661 million to import animal feed, a year-on-year increase of 37 percent.
China, Republic of Korea and Japan are the three main import markets of Dong Nai.
