The figure accounted for nearly 62% of the province’s total export turnover from wood and wooden products, firmly remains the largest buyer of local wood products, according to Department of Industry and Trade.
Aside from the U.S., top importers of Dong Nai’s wood products also include South Korea (US$83 million), Japan (US$79 million), the UK (US$13.4 million), and Canada (US$10.2 million).
The woodwork export volume stateside in June was US$66.8 million.
