This figure accounted for nearly 10 percent of newly established enterprises, relatively higher than the figure in the previous year, according to Department of Science and Technology.
Moreover, some 134 branches, representative offices and 348 enterprises in the province are temporarily ceasing operations. In Jan-May, the number of newly established enterprises showed a 8.6 percent decrease year-on-year.
