Quang Ninh for the third consecutive year has topped Vietnam’s PCI for 2019. It was followed by Dong Thap and Vinh Long provinces.
This is the 15th consecutive year VCCI has published the annual business survey, assessment and ranking of the economic governance quality of provincial authorities in creating a favorable business environment for developing the private sector.
A special point of the latest edition is that this is the first time it analyzed the trend of automation and digitization in the production and services by Vietnamese firms, as well as forecast the impact of the trend on labor and employment in the time to come.
Last year, Dong Nai has made efforts to boost administrative reforms and support policies to enterprises. The province will continue to give priority to improving its business climate and competitive capacity in the coming time.
