The project aims to help local agricultural cooperatives to increase the operation quality, support them in investing and applying machines and equipment in production activities and preserving farm products.
In addition, there are lots of policies to support local cooperatives to make production and trading plans in an effective way; actively remove difficulties to help cooperatives access supporting capital from the State and loans from banks, etc.
