(ĐN) - Dong Nai saw its import-export value hit more than US$10.8 billion in the first four months of this year, a year-on-year decrease of nearly 2.7 percent due to impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, accounting for 6.6 percent of the country’s import-export turnover, according to Department of Industry and Trade.
Particularly, the province earned nearly US$6.1 billion from exports in Jan-April, making up 7.3 percent of the country’s exports, while spending over US$4.7 billion on imports, representing 5.8 percent of the country's imports.
Accordingly, Dong Nai enjoyed a trade surplus of more than US$1.32 billion, equivalent to 43 percent of the country's trade surplus.
