Big residential area projects are 51-hectare area in Thanh Phu commune which is invested by by Tin Khai JS Company; the sixth rural residential area in Hieu Liem commune, covering more than 42 hectares and the 39-hectare Thanh Phu-Tan Binh residential area which is invested by by Housing Trading JS Company.
Most of the projects are located in Thanh Phu commune which has the most crowded residents because of the Thanh Phu Industrial Park that attracts lots of migrant workers.
