Average registered capital in each enterprise established in the first quarter was some VND7.6 billion.
Meanwhile, 68 others have registered to expand their operations with a total additional capital of more than VND1.14 trillion.
The figures represent a drop of nearly 30 percent in the number of enterprises compared to the same period of last year.
