Dong Nai's import revenue decrease sharply

(ĐN)- Dong Nai's import revenue estimated at more than US$2.14 billion in the first two months of this year, accounting for some 5.78 percent of the country's total imports, down 9 percent compared to one year ago.

 

(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s import revenue estimated at more than US$2.14 billion in the first two months of this year, accounting for some 5.78 percent of the country’s total imports, down 9 percent compared to one year ago.

Of the total, FDI enterprises spent over US$1.7 billion on imports in this period, a year-on-year decrease of 8.9 percent, according to Department of Industry and Trade.

The import value of many commodities have dropped sharply, including metal products declining by 41.9 percent, yarn and fiber 25.8 percent, pesticides 23.6 percent, cotton 20.4 percent, iron and steel 16.6 percent, etc.
