The occupancy rate of operational industrial parks (IPs) across the province hit more than 70 percent. Presently, many IPs are full and looking to expand their area of coverage to meet demands.
Accordingly, Dinh Quan IP in Dinh Quan district has been approved to expand additional 107 hectares, Long Duc IP in Long Thanh district, 299 ha, Amata IP in Bien Hoa city, 27.2 ha, Tan Phu IP in Tan Phu district, 76 ha, and Xuan Loc IP in Xuan Loc district, 200 ha.
