Of the total area, there are more than 8,300 hectares of newly-grown fruit trees.
The province harvested a total of more than 608,000 tons of fruits in 2019, increasing some 7.5 percent over the same period in 2018. Main fruit trees included banana, durian, pomelo and mango.
