Currently, Taiwan ranks second among countries and territories investing in Dong Nai with more than 270 valid projects worth over US$5.3 billion.
Addressing at the working session, Mr Chung Wen Cheng thanked local authorities for their supports to organize dialogues with Taiwanese enterprises to clear up their concerns, help them to make long-term investments in the province.
He said that most of Taiwanese businesses are operating effectively in the province and many of them would like to increase their investment in the field of training skilled workers to meet labour demand in Dong Nai.
Chairman Cao Tien Dung affirmed that the provincial authorities will continue to create favourable conditions for foreign firms to do business in Dong Nai, including those from Taiwan.
