(ĐN)- Dong Nai had 17 products qualified for standards of One Commune-One Product (OCOP) program in 2019.
Those products are food, drinks and herbal products. Among which, two products are rated four stars including cocoa powder of Trong Duc Cocoa Co. and clean chicken eggs of Thanh Duc Animal Feed Production Trading Co.,
The OCOP programme was launched in 2018 to develop one strong product for each commune. It has contributed to develop rural economy and increase income for the locals while preserving traditions in each region, according to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
According to the department, after the issuance of OCOP certificates, products have been given stamps to trace their origin.
