(ĐN)- As many as 146 convenience stores have been opened in Dong Nai as of Jan-end, reported the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
Accordingly, Vingroup secured the top place for store presence, with 71 VinMart+ convenience stores across the province. Meanwhile, the Saigon Union of Trading Cooperatives, known as Saigon Co.opSaigon Co.op, opened 11 stores and Mobile World Investment Corp, known as The Gioi Di Dong, developed 64 Bach Hoa Xanh convenience stores.
The province currently boasts 12 supermarkets, 6 shopping malls, 146 convenience stores, and traditional markets that provide daily food products for households in the locality.
Dong Nai plans to develop more convenience stores throughout the province by 2020, which will help control food origins more strictly and provide safe food products for consumers.
