(ĐN)- Dong Nai People’s Committee has just approved Bien Hoa city’s land using plan in 2020. Accordingly, the city will deploy 369 projects, covering a total land area of over 2,150 hectares.
Of the projects, there are 96 residential area projects, covering a total land area of over 934 hectares; 133 infrastructure ones, 338 hectares; 34 service and trading ones, 268 hectares; 3 industrial parks, 228 hectares.
The city is home to the most projects which are approved for implementation by Dong Nai People’s Committee.
