Commodities with high import turnover during the period included machinery, tools and spare parts with nearly US$1.87 billion, plastic US$1.46 billion, chemical over US$1.25 billion, steel and iron more than US$1.19.
These commodities accounted for nearly 35 percent of the import turnover of the province in 2019.
China, Taiwan, Republic of Korea and India remained the biggest supplier of goods for Dong Nai.
